Scrutineering for local teams. A scrutineering timetable/schedule will be published closer to the event.

7.00 am - Organising staff on site

7.15 am - Scrutineers briefing (infront of Office buildings)

7.30 - 9.00 am (TBC) - Scrutineering & Registration (transponder passes available after scrutineering checks)

Note: Above times may be altered according to the number of entries scrutineered on the day.

Track Marshals briefing (infront of Office buildings)

Team Managers briefing (infront of Registration marquee)

9.30am - All riders and team members to meet at the Registration marquee for briefing

9.50 am - All vehicles to assemble on the starting grid in allotted positions under the direction of the Chief Track Marshal

10.00 am - warm up lap

Rolling start

4 pm - Race Finish

4.15 pm - Presentations

4.30 pm - Close of event& pack up
