Entry Terms and Conditions:

• Team entry $250 per team (GST exempt) via Direct Deposit or Cheque.

• Entries are taken in order of receipt and capped at 45 teams

• Team entries are not confirmed until payment is received (payment must be made within two weeks of registration)

• Entry fees are non-refundable but transferable 

• In the event that minimum numbers are not met and the event is cancelled, teams will be given the option of refunding or 'banking' fees for the next event. 

• Registration fees contribute to event running costs such as venue hire, lighting towers, timing systems, barricade hire, First Aid and other hire facilities.

• In fairness to all teams entries will not be accepted prior to the registration date.
